The sizing of our clothing is oversized. We recommend checking the size guide for each product. Click here to check our Size Guide. You can also use the model's height and the size they are wearing as a reference. If you still have doubts about which size to choose, please do not hesitate to contact us on our Instagram @reflectxstudio or via email at reflectxstudio@gmail.com.
Prior to the official launch of each collection, we will always open a password-protected pre-order window of seven (7) days with a limited number of pre-orders per item. If the pre-order limit has been reached for an item before the 7-day window is closed, pre-ordering will not be available for that item. After the 7-day window is closed, all remaining stock will be open to the public first come, first serve. We will share each unique pre-order password to the emails registered to our newsletter.
After finalizing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the receipt and the details of your purchase. If you did not receive your confirmation email after your purchase please contact us at reflectxstudio@gmail.com and we will evaluate and resolve the issue.
We typically fulfill orders every Sunday of the week. Once your order is fulfilled, it means we have placed your package with our delivery service. At this time, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order. If you have any problems with your tracking number please contact us at reflectxstudio@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue.

All our products have a limited stock. This means that once stock of a product runs out we will not have immediate replacement of them. Although stock replenishment is not guaranteed for any product, certain items may be discretionally restocked at times. We recommend you to subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about restocking updates, new releases and anticipated access.

All our apparel is designed in Spain and made in Portugal to blend superior and durable quality with a timeless design. We also incorporate sustainability in every step of the manufacturing process, using only environmental-friendly products with our suppliers having several certifications that attest to this commitment.

ONCE FULFILLED, CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED ONCE ORDER IS CONFIRMED.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
TIME FRAME: YOU HAVE FOURTEEN (14) DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
AFTER FOURTEEN (14) DAYS: WE WILL NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM / ITEMS, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS ON OUR CONTACT / RETURNS FORM HERE.
ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, WITH TAGS ATTACHED.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR YOUR RETURN SHIPPING FEES. HOWEVER, IF THE REASON FOR YOUR RETURN IS A DEFECT, OR WRONG ITEM SENT, PLEASE LET US KNOW AT REFLECTXSTUDIO@GMAIL.COM AND WE WILL REIMBURSE THE RETURN SHIPPING COST.
MAKE SURE TO FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM, PRINT IT OUT AND PUT IT INTO THE BOX WITH THE PRODUCT / PRODUCTS YOU ARE RETURNING.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES:
CHECK YOUR PACKAGE TRACKING HERE.
REPORT MISSING PACKAGES WITHIN TWO (2) WEEKS OF DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT.
